The Nunclon™ D surface treatment is a physical modification of the plastic
surface, which makes it hydrophilic, thus facilitating attachment of anchorage dependent
cells.
In addition, the exclusive use of virgin raw material allows excellent cell attachment and
proliferation. The Nunclon™ D surface is available in areas from as small as 0.013 cm2
in Nunc MicroWell™ Plates to more than 25,000 cm2 in Nunc
Cell Factories. This range makes it easy to move from laboratory research quantities to
large-scale production. All the cell culture products are radiation sterilised.
Every batch of the Nunclon™ D products is tested for uniform performance, and can therefore be
issued with a quality certificate.
