Nunc MicroWell PlatesThe substitution of automation for manual work is rapidly spreading to many application areas, cutting labour costs and increasing throughput in many laboratories.With higher throughput comes the demand for quick and efficient traceability of your test data. Barcodes on MicroWell plates can help to achieve this. A barcode can be applied to any 96 format Nunc MicroWell™plate you choose from our range. Generally we recommend barcode type 39 which is alpha- numerical with readable text next to the barcode. Our barcodes are unique sequential numbers for each type of product. The fastest way to get your plates with barcode is to ask for our open series. You specify the type of plate, the requirements of the label and the barcode. If it is in our product range you can order any number of plates, but you cannot specify the sequence of numbers.The option of having a dedicated series of numbers exclusively for you is available under special conditions. Tubes & Vials Barcodes can be applied to Nunc CryoSystem Vials and Stor-It™ Vials. For detailed information about barcodes on MicroWell™ Plates and Tubes, please ask your local Nunc distributor or contact Nunc directly. Conditions Products with the features discussed above are not shelf products. In order to offer our customers the highest possible flexibility at competitive pricing we only manufacture those special products against firm orders.
